Rann Utsav's Tent City at Dhordo sits beside the White Desert of Kutch, and runs from 1 November 2026 to 7 March 2027. Choose 1, 2 or 3 nights in a Non-AC Swiss Cottage, Deluxe AC Swiss Cottage, Premium Tent or Super Premium Tent.

Packages include sunset at the White Desert. Longer stays add sunrise, Kala Dungar and Gandhi Nu Gaam, and the 3-night stay adds Road to Heaven and the Dholavira excavation site.

Rates are dynamic and rooms are subject to availability. Special dates: Diwali week 8–14 Nov; full moons 22–25 Nov, 21–24 Dec, 20–23 Jan and 18–21 Feb; Christmas week 18 Dec to 2 Jan.

Day-wise itinerary

    Day 1: Arrive at the Tent City, White Desert sunset

    Coach from Bhuj to Dhordo and check in from 12:30. Leave at 17:00 for the Sunset Point at the White Desert, back at the Tent City by 19:30.

    Day 2: Check out, temple and museum

    On a 1-night stay: check out at 09:30 and visit Shree Swaminarayan Temple and Kutch Museum. On longer stays: sunrise at the White Desert at 06:30, then Kala Dungar and Gandhi Nu Gaam from 15:00. A 3-night stay adds Road to Heaven and Dholavira on the next day.

Important information

Pickup from Bhuj railway station and airport: 08:15, 10:00, 13:30, 15:30 and 17:30. Drop from Dhordo to Bhuj: 04:40 and 09:30. Bhuj to Dhordo is about 85 km, 1 hour 45 minutes. Check-in 12:30, check-out 09:30. Meals: morning tea 06:00, breakfast 07:30–09:30, lunch 12:30–14:30, hi-tea 16:00–17:00, dinner 19:30–22:00. Kutch Museum is closed on Wednesdays and the Dholavira museum on Fridays. Timings may change without notice.

Tent City's cancellation policy applies. Diwali bookings are non-refundable.
