How do I pay and when?
Once you accept the quotation, a part advance confirms the booking and the balance is due before departure. The exact schedule is written on your quotation, and you get a receipt for every payment.
Are taxes included in the price shown?
Package prices on the website are shown before taxes. Your quotation lists the package amount, any charges, GST and any applicable international tax separately, so you can see exactly what you pay.
What if I need to cancel?
Each package has its own cancellation policy, shown on the package page and in your quotation. Charges depend on how close to departure you cancel.
Do you help with visas and flights for international trips?
Yes. We guide you on visa requirements and documentation and can include flights, transfers and travel insurance in your package.
